Unused vouchers roll over if a member cannot come in during that month, and the membership can be used at any Hello Sugar location, subject to availability. It is billed monthly, can be canceled at any time without a fee, and can be signed up for online or with a team member during an appointment. Laser services can be added to a plan, and members receive the lowest pricing on laser hair removal. The salon publishes a cancellation and no-show policy and a return and refund policy.
