Guests are asked to book every service they want in the same appointment, such as a highlight alongside a haircut. If hair will be ironed or pressed afterward, a thermal styling service should be added to that same visit.

Consultations come first for some services. A 15-minute consultation is offered, along with a color correction consultation, which is for assessing color only with no color service performed, and a platinum card consultation, which is consultation only. Vivid hair color requires a consultation before booking; the service takes about four hours and starts at $250, with time, price and color adjustable to the client.

Treatments are booked on their own terms. The keratin treatment takes about two hours and 20 minutes at $270 and is priced on a 2 oz. application, with a charge for extra ounces. It is described by the salon as a chemical smoothing procedure that can last up to four to six months, depending on upkeep with salon-recommended shampoos and conditioners.
