Heather Hall is a salon centered on curly hair. Its services cover haircuts, washes with styling, and education sessions, with a separate option for new curly clients that combines a longer cut, styling and education in one 120-minute visit.

Education is a central part of the work. The live video education session is a one-on-one hour on curly hair science, covering products, styling and care, and it can be held by FaceTime, Google Meet, or Instagram or Facebook video. New curly clients booking the full visit or the education session pay a $50 deposit.

The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 12 to 7 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 5:30 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged the full appointment cost to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards can be bought online in set amounts or a custom amount.

Heather teaches clients about their hair so they can care for their curls on their own, and aims for each client to leave feeling good about their curls.
