The studio sits above a ground-floor restaurant and sushi spot in Bexley Gateway Plaza and brings lashes, brows and body waxing, skin care, nails and hair under one roof. Clients can park in the main lot behind the building by turning from Main Street onto South Parkview, and an overflow gravel lot across from the Bexley Gateway building can be used when the main lot is full.

About

Lash work is a large part of the menu, from eyelash tints and lifts to brow lamination and Xtreme Lashes semi-permanent extensions. The initial Xtreme Lashes application can take up to three hours, and most clients return about every three weeks for a re-lash. The salon says the Xtreme Lashes range offers more than 600 individual lash styles. Removal of extensions starts at $40 and is complimentary when the salon's own extensions are taken off.

Hair services cover haircuts, color, blowouts and hair extensions, along with Cezanne smoothing in classic and express versions for frizz and natural curl care led by the salon's curl specialist. The salon describes its hair stylists as cutting, coloring and styling at a high level in Columbus. Color appointments begin with choosing a stylist, and transformation color and smoothing treatments need a consultation before a price is set. Body waxing and facial waxing use a mix of hard and soft waxes, chosen for hair type, client age and the area being waxed. Each waxing service begins with a cleanse and ends with a soothing oil, and high frequency can be used to help with breakouts. Clients are asked to let hair grow at least two weeks before body waxing, and to tell the esthetician about AHA, Retin-A, retinol, Accutane or prescription skin care. Retin-A should be stopped at least seven days before waxing.

Skin care options include a 60-minute basic facial, a 60-minute back facial, a 90-minute extended massage facial with a 30-minute face, shoulder, neck and upper back massage, and dermaplaning, with an enzyme peel or chemical peel available as add-ons. Products are chosen for each client based on their concerns, lifestyle and skin type. Nail services include basic, spa and gel manicures and pedicures with gel soak-off and polish options. Gift cards can be bought online through Vagaro or in person at the salon.

Treatments are tailored to the client: waxes are matched to hair type, client age and area, and skin care products are picked for each person's concerns, lifestyle and skin type.
