A visit for gray blending starts with an in-depth consultation covering hair goals, product recommendations, and when to schedule future appointments. The service blends gray using several color techniques over roughly four hours and finishes with a blow-dry or a haircut and blow-dry. Gray coverage is a touch-up for existing gray and includes a consultation, color, a conditioning treatment suited to the hair type, and a blow-dry.

Smoothing options include Inca Glow, an amino acid treatment made with natural, organic ingredients that is vegan, cruelty free, and free of formaldehyde. It includes a haircut and take-home product, and hair can be colored the same day with no downtime. The salon also offers Keratin Complex KCSMOOTH, a two-step heat-activated system that the salon says keeps hair smoother and healthier for up to three months.

Booking is by advance reservation only, Monday through Thursday, and email and messages are answered Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. Cancellations carry no fee but are requested as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours ahead. Guests arriving 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at the stylist's discretion, and no-shows are charged the full price of the missed service before the next booking can be made. Hair concerns reported within 7 days of a visit are adjusted at no charge, and retail purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full retail credit or an exchange.
