Services are grouped into three areas.
Every service is booked à la carte, so clients choose what they need. Booking is by phone or text. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before an appointment carry a fee of half the scheduled services and forfeit the deposit, and deposits are nonrefundable or transferable. No-show clients owe the full price of the booked services, and work cannot start until that payment is received. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated. Credit card payment is accepted only for extension services. A travel fee of $50 to $100 applies depending on location and mileage, and there are extra fees for holiday days, off days, Sunday appointments and VIP appointments on Monday or Tuesday. VIP appointments are booked only by text.
The studio's regular hours run Wednesday through Saturday with some afternoon breaks and alternating weeks for Saturday and Tuesday. Sunday and Monday are closed but can be arranged for a fee. Communication is handled Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm, and replies may take at least 24 hours.
