Microloc clients book a separate Microloc Maintenance appointment and are not seen during standard retwist appointments. Appointments must be booked online, and a deposit is required to secure a time. It is applied toward the service total, and appointments are not confirmed without it. Cash, card and Afterpay are accepted for approved services, with Afterpay requiring approval and prepayment at checkout. Clients need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late may mean an adjusted service, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean cancellation or rescheduling. Children must have an appointment to be in the salon, and extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Services do not include shampoo, blow-dry or deep conditioning unless added on, and same-day add-ons are not guaranteed. Gift cards are sold, and a gift card balance can be checked.
