Extension appointments begin with a free consultation, which is tailored to each client's needs. The studio asks first-time extension clients to fill out an extensions form before booking. A first-time extension investment is listed as covering the hand-tied extensions, seamless color, a cut, styling and a goodie bag of products, and most first-time clients can expect to spend roughly $1,500 to $3,500 or more depending on the number of rows and hair length. Before and after photos are taken at appointments.

The studio uses 100% human hair with the cuticle intact, and extensions are not washed unless they are being colored. Ongoing maintenance visits for hand-tied extensions are every 6 to 9 weeks, and the studio recommends replacing extensions with new hair every 4 to 9 months depending on care. Hair Lingerie tape-in maintenance is every 6 weeks.

Color services are grouped into four options, from a face-frame foil with a root tap and toner up to a full detail service for major changes or color correction. The studio also offers move-up appointments for extension clients, and extensions shampoo is available only at those move-up visits.

The studio stocks drinks and snacks, and clients can order food to the suite. Clients may bring a laptop to work during appointments or wear headphones. Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair and to avoid wearing anything with a hood.
