Sarah Jane, the owner and master beauty artist, works from a private suite inside Phenix Salon Suites, so each client has her full attention rather than a shared floor. The salon describes its own style as elegant and luxurious. The suite holds three people including the stylist, and up to two guests may accompany a client.

Bridal work is a central part of the business. Bridal packages come in five tiers, from Intimate (2 hours) through Atelier (8 hours), and each is priced as one flat rate per service, whatever hairstyle is chosen. Bridal Beauty Experiences are offered in three tiers, from Forever and Always for smaller celebrations with one dedicated artist, to Heirloom, which the salon calls its most popular experience, to Legacy for medium-sized parties with expanded team support. Hair and makeup trials, or either service on its own, are recommended 2 to 4 months before the wedding. Inquiries and trials do not reserve a date. Bridal bookings need a signed contract and a $500 non-refundable retainer that counts toward the total.

Outside of weddings, the salon offers color and blend services, from toners and all-over color through foils, balayage and platinum blonde. Refresher appointments cover root touch-ups, row work, money piece and lived-in babylights. Haircuts are offered for kids, men and women, along with blowouts, hairstyles and makeup. Eyelash extensions are available. Camera-ready packages come as a half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours), and there are consults for color, hair goals and lessons. Lessons are offered in person or online, and the salon also runs a 3-hour Masterclass and Blend and Row Maintain and Triple T sessions.

Booking is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not typically accepted, though a waitlist is kept for cancellations. Bookings can be made online or by text, and an automated confirmation follows by text or email. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A no-call, no-show is charged a 50% service fee, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and rebooked. Service adjustments are made at no added cost within one week of the appointment. Services and products are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Venmo, or debit and credit cards, and a 3.00% convenience fee applies to Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments taken on the Square card reader.

Sarah Jane builds each service around the client's own goals, explains each step, and aims for clients to leave feeling confident in their natural beauty.
