The salon describes its mission as helping independent renters support one another so that clients receive strong results, with each client treated as a top priority. Its stated values are quality, growth, authenticity, integrity, professionalism, innovation, support and collaboration. The salon calls itself a welcoming, collaborative community rather than simply a rental space.

To book, clients use the Book Now page and choose their stylist. Pricing and appointment length vary by stylist, so rates should be checked with the individual professional. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. Color, extensions and bridal consultations are complimentary. Renters have exclusive access to Kerastase products. Parking is on the street in front of the building or behind it, in marked BLVD spots.

Weddings are a separate booking. Stylists travel to the client's location, and the travel fee is based on mileage from the salon. A bridal booking requires a signed contract and a nonrefundable fee that reserves the event date, and that fee is applied toward the final payment. Minimum group sizes vary by location, availability and stylist. Cash and card are accepted.

Renters work independently while supporting one another, with a focus on quality, collaboration and each client's experience.
