Shear Accent is a single suite inside Phenix Salon Suites, next to Tiger Fit, with free parking and a snack bar. The salon lists disabled access, TV and WiFi among its amenities, and it is kid friendly. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.

About

The color menu covers foil work, balayage, and custom color such as balayage, foliage and teasylights. Re-touch and all-over color options are priced for maintenance as well as full changes, and there is a color correction service that starts at $400 and requires a consultation first. Color and fashion color consultations are free.

Extensions are offered as tape-in removal and hand-tied applications in rows, with a full first-time application for up to three rows that requires a consultation beforehand. Brides can book a wedding package that includes a trial run of the hairstyle. Bridal hair consultations are free.

Permanent jewelry is available for one to four people, with chain and charm or connector options, and a re-weld service is offered for pieces that have come loose. Bookings are made through the salon's Vagaro page. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, and missed or late cancellations carry a $50 fee.

The salon is organized around matching each service to the client's hair, look and budget, and it offers no-charge consultations ahead of larger color, extension and smoothing work.
