Every service begins with a consultation. The first consultation for a new guest is complimentary and can run up to 30 minutes. Consultations booked on their own are $25 per half hour, and a standalone hair consultation is $25 for 30 minutes.

Curly hair has its own services. A curl haircut with wash starts with a consultation, then a customized cut, wash and conditioning, starting at $75 and taking about 50 minutes. A curl cut with wash and full dry is $125 and takes 90 minutes, including a curl dry. The curly kids cut is $45 and takes 40 minutes; its price may change with the amount of curl and hair, and clients from age 13 are charged the adult price.

For weddings and formal events, the studio offers custom wedding styling packages that are priced by direct message. The price depends on the number of people, the time required, the location, travel for on-site parties, and the tools needed. Clients who want to test a look before an event can book a special occasion pretrial for $65, which takes 50 minutes. Formal events styling in the salon is $85 and takes 60 minutes, and that price applies only to in-studio service.

Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or in a custom amount. Gift card sales are final. The studio has a cancellation policy, which is linked from its About page.
