Clients can book online through the salon's GlossGenius page. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, which needs approval before the appointment.

Hair services range from trims and children's cuts to full-head foil, balayage and perms. Color can be a single shade from roots to ends, a root retouch, or a corrective session that may take several visits to lighten dark hair. Extensions begin with a consultation. The salon uses 18 to 24 inch micro wefts and can use a K-tip hybrid method on finer hair. Extension hair is custom ordered and is not included in the installation price. Consultations are also required before vivid color services and major color transformations.

On the nail side, options run from classic and gel manicures to pedicures in three tiers, Lux, Lavish and Luxurious, with gel versions of each. Facials range from a relaxation facial and a princess facial designed for younger clients to deep cleansing, brightening, high-frequency and anti-aging treatments. Add-ons include ultrasonic cleanse, extraction and infusion steps, microdermabrasion and NuFace microcurrent.
