Color is done with an ammonia-free Organic & Mineral line. The salon says this color gives high shine and full gray coverage. Color correction uses a remover that contains no ammonia, formaldehyde or bleach, which the salon says does not disturb natural pigment. Correction work covers orange tones, spotted highlights, balayage that has gone wrong, and color applied at home.

Treatments include a Milbon restructuring and repair service called Hair Botox, a clarifying treatment, a scalp and hair clarifier, and a shine treatment named Lunchtime Glaze.
