Extensions are a major part of the business. Clients can book removal, move-up and maintenance visits, or full-set installs in tape-in, I-tip or sew-in methods. Installs are priced from The Foundation, a tape-in full set that starts with a consultation, up to The Density Transformation, a sew-in or I-tip full set that takes about 180 minutes. Removal is booked only after a consultation.
Beyond hair, the lounge offers brow tinting, several scalp services including head spa cleansing and a men's detox head spa, and The Signature Escape, a 55-minute spa treatment with a double cleanse, massage, nourishing mask, steam and a hot towel neck and shoulder wrap.
Several services are set up for planning ahead. Color correction is priced hourly, may take more than one session, and includes a consultation and a bond-building treatment. A 10-minute Color Match Consultation is also available. Deposits apply to most bookings: $10 for a new client's brow tint, $50 for longer color and keratin services, and $20 to $25 for most other hair and scalp services. A 20% fee applies to appointments cancelled without notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Services such as color correction and extension removal or installs begin with a consultation so the work can be planned around the client's goals before it starts.
