The studio is run by its founder, Natalie, a licensed hair extension specialist based in Solon. Its aim is to add length or volume while helping clients grow and keep their own natural hair.

K-Tip is the studio's signature technique. It bonds individual strands with keratin, without tapes or synthetic glue. Tape-in extensions are the other option, made of lightweight wefts placed close to the scalp with medical-grade adhesive, with installation included in the price. Human hair is matched to each client's texture and color, and the range includes Slavic virgin hair and ultra-fine options.

Treatments include Hair Happiness, an eight-serum, two-phase treatment from Lebel for dry, damaged or chemically treated hair; Honma Tokyo Hair Botox, a deep-repair service that takes about three hours; a keratin smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and can be tuned to the straightness a client wants; and a Japanese head spa ritual of exfoliation, deep cleansing and massage.

Clients with very fine, thin or thinning hair are a particular focus, and the studio emphasizes low-maintenance extension options for them. The studio states that properly installed extensions with lightweight micro-capsules do not damage natural hair. Clients are also educated on scalp care, growth and upkeep.

Time commitments differ by method. K-Tip extensions last up to four months with proper care and are removed and refreshed every three to four months; the first application takes 3.5 to 6 hours and removal takes 2 to 3 hours. Tape-ins need maintenance every six to eight weeks, can be reused three to four times, and take 1.5 to 2.5 hours to apply, 1.5 to 2 hours to reinstall and 30 to 45 minutes to remove.
