The salon moved from Aurora Road to its current Station Street location, and says it has been named a Neighborhood Favorite on Nextdoor several times since the move.

Many clients have been coming since the early 2000s, and some for even longer. The salon welcomes long-time regulars as well as people visiting for the first time.

The menu is arranged in four groups: color services, haircuts and styling, nails and waxing, and texture and smoothing. Color work includes root touch-ups, glossing and toning, partial and full foil highlights, and fashion and creative colors. Haircuts cover men's, kids', teen and women's cuts, blowouts, everyday styling and special occasion updos. Texture and smoothing covers deep conditioning, permanents and waves, curl enhancement, Hair Botox and keratin treatments. Nail and waxing services include classic manicures and pedicures, gel manicures, and brow, chin and lip waxing.

The team is made up of six stylists, and the salon notes that its members have worked in the beauty industry for many years. New clients register through the online booking page before their first appointment, while existing clients can book directly. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent by automated text; message and data rates may apply, and replying STOP opts out.

The salon says it aims to give every client a very good experience, whether they have been coming for years or are visiting for the first time.
