The menu covers women's cuts, men's cuts and haircuts for children aged 12 and under. Color options run from an all-over color and root touch-ups to partial and full highlights, half head foils, ombre, balayage and bleach with toner. Add-ons include conditioning treatments, a standalone Olaplex treatment, blowdry and style, bang trims, men's grey blending and formal styling or updos.

Extension work includes weft and tape-in removal, weft mini move-ups for maintenance every four to six weeks, and full installs. A full head tape-in installation includes cutting and styling but does not include the hair itself. New clients booking extension installs pay a $100 deposit, and an extension consultation for $25 is credited toward an extension service if booked. New clients booking color need a color consultation first, and that fee is credited to the color service.

Booking policies: a 45% cancellation fee applies, so clients are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Questions can be sent through the contact form, which goes to Jade by email.
