Studio 93 opened in November 2003 and is run by sisters Julie Manley and Marcia Dykes, both Atlanta natives. The salon is on East Main Street Northeast in historic Buford and draws clients from Buford, Cumming, Flowery Branch, Suwanee and other parts of Metro Atlanta.

The menu covers haircuts, barber cuts, shampoo and style, single process color, partial and full highlights, balayage, hairpainting and foilyage, and formal hair, curls and braids. Smoothing treatments and Brazilian blowouts are also offered, and Halocouture Extensions are booked by consultation only, with no listed price.

Clients are asked to arrive on time and to let the salon know as soon as possible if they expect to be late. Cancellations or schedule changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and courtesy reminders arrive by email or text 48 hours before an appointment. Children are welcome for scheduled hair services but may not be left unattended in the salon. The salon works on an open chair basis, so stylists share clients with one another.
