Every visit begins with a consultation about the client's hair goals, lifestyle and vision, and services are shaped around how much maintenance the client wants. Consultations aren't required for every service, but they are recommended for major color changes, extensions and color corrections. The salon says it puts both results and the long-term health of clients' hair first, and stylists regularly take advanced training in color, cutting, products and trends.

Color work includes balayage, a freehand technique that paints color onto the hair for a soft, lived-in look with seamless grow-out. Traditional highlights use foils and can be full, partial, babylights, teasylights or face-framing. Balayage and highlights can be paired with face-framing pieces, a root melt and a gloss. Dimensional color, corrective color and root touch-ups are also offered, and several services such as color, cuts, gloss, blowouts and conditioning can be combined in one appointment.

Hair extensions are custom. K-Tip extensions are priced separately, and every extension booking starts with a complimentary consultation covering goals, color matching, extension options, maintenance and pricing before installation. Base bump extensions are a customized root blend that softens the transition between highlights and natural color. Restorative options include K18 treatment and a smoothing treatment that deep conditions to smooth and soften hair and control frizz. Service packages bundle a set of services, from a haircut with a customized deep conditioning treatment up to a full custom foil, tip-out, root melt, gloss and K18 package.

The salon is open Monday through Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Walk-ins are accepted when a stylist is available, but booking ahead is recommended, and appointments can be made online, by phone or in person. Clients can request a preferred stylist. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged the full amount. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and the full fee still applies if the service is shortened. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 7 days, and products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days in original packaging with proof of purchase.
