A visit begins with conversation. Heather asks many questions to learn what each client is after, explains each step before the service, and works in a quiet, private suite. Haircuts and lightener services can include a wash, blow-dry and style, and lightener services include bond builder, toner and a K-18 treatment. Extra bowls of color cost $25 and extra bowls of lightener cost $40.

Practical details: the Arden suite is open Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and the Roseville station is open Monday from 10 am to 6 pm. Payment plans through Affirm are available at the Arden suite, as are a referral program and a loyalty program. A card on file is charged 50% of the scheduled services for changes or reschedules made under 48 hours ahead or for arriving more than 15 minutes late. Clients may request a service re-do within 2 weeks of an appointment. Kevin Murphy products are sold through the website, and stylist education classes are offered digitally for $100 each or $180 for both sessions.
