Every visit starts with a free consultation. For haircuts, that conversation covers the client's hair history, daily routine and the look they want. Larger changes come with a plan given at the consultation, and the work may be spread across more than one visit. Color is done with Wella Professionals products, and K18 treatments are used during coloring to help protect and strengthen the hair.

Color services range from full color for root touch-ups and all-over shades to color refreshes, gray coverage and blending, and vivid and fashion shades. Highlighting includes full and partial foils, babylights, lowlights, balayage and ombre. Hair condition and color history are checked before dark hair is lightened. A typical appointment takes about two hours, and full gray coverage typically needs a root touch-up every four to six weeks. Glosses between appointments can restore shine and keep warm shades from turning brassy.
