Behnaz Azargam

Behnaz Azargam works as a Master Hair Stylist at Hair By Behnaz, based inside Salon Bravissimo, where she is a salon member. She has been cutting and styling hair since 1987. Before entering cosmetology, she earned a university degree in child psychology and practiced in that field for many years. Her training includes the Vidal Sassoon Academies in Santa Monica, London and San Francisco, plus programs at Toni & Guy and Trevor Sorbie International. She keeps up with advanced courses in contemporary cutting and color methods. Her cutting focus is short styles: bobs in sleek, graduated and asymmetric forms, pixie cuts and crops. Asian hair has been a long-standing specialty, with work on Korean, Japanese and Chinese hair. She also cuts long layers, curly and wavy hair, and men's hair. Color services cover highlights, lowlights, full color, balayage, ombré and dimensional color, with placement planned around the cut. Cuts are shaped to each client's face, hair texture and natural fall, using Sassoon's method, sectioning cleanly and with control at precise angles.
