On the medical side, the practice treats acne, rosacea, skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema, cysts and scars. Skin cancer removal is done on-site under local anesthesia, and cyst, keloid and mole removal are offered along with care after biopsies, excisions and acne surgery. Larger skin cancers or ones in sensitive areas may be referred for Mohs surgery. Children are seen for moles, birthmarks, warts, eczema, psoriasis and other concerns in rooms designed for young patients.

Cosmetic and aesthetic care includes neuromodulator injections using Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin for lines such as frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. Fillers, laser and light treatments, microneedling, peels, body contouring and a long list of facials are also offered. Membership plans with monthly facials, body programs and bridal packages round out the menu.

Consultations cost $100, a non-refundable deposit that is applied toward any product or service booked at the visit, including a same-day purchase. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to change or cancel, and patients arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be admitted and may be charged a no-show fee. Payment is accepted by check, cash or credit card, with a flexible payment plan and CareCredit financing for treatments not covered by insurance. The practice also takes part in the ALLĒ, Evolus, Aspire Galderma and Xeomin Xperience+ loyalty programs. The site also points to the Aegle Fund, a non-profit that treats people with scars who cannot otherwise afford care.
