Facials are the core of the menu. Collective Lite is a 30-minute targeted facial with a choice of dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a mini peel or facelift toning. The 50-minute Collective Facial starts with a double cleanse and skin analysis, then moves through toning, exfoliation, a mask and massage, and finishes with serum, moisturizer, eye serum, lip hydrator and SPF. The AquaDerm Facial, formerly called Hydro Facial, is a 40-minute exfoliating treatment. The O2 Lift and Glow is a 50-minute oxygen facial, and the Golden Glow is a seasonal facial that rotates. Extractions are included in facials, and products are chosen for each client's skin type and goals. All facial services run under an hour, and clients can wear makeup before or after.

The aesthetic side covers Facial Balancing, which uses dermal filler on areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline and lips, and Professional Peels in Level 1 and 2, with stronger options when needed. Microneedling and Microgold Infusion are also offered. Botox and filler are planned after a consultation with the studio's medical injectors. Injectables and a facial can be booked on the same day, with the facial first. Men receive the same consultation and skin analysis as women, with facials customized to their skin.

The membership is $99 a month and includes one 50-minute custom facial each month, applied toward any treatment except the Collective Express Facial. Members pay member prices and only the difference when a treatment costs more than the monthly fee. Other perks include 10% off products and one loyalty point per dollar spent, with every 1,000 points earning a $50 product gift card. Unused facial credits roll over for up to 90 days, payments can be paused for up to two months with no fee, and members can gift up to two facials a year. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice to the studio email. Membership prices may vary by location, and an active membership can be used at any studio.
