Facials are customized. Products are chosen according to skin type, condition and goals, and a first facial includes a skin analysis. The 50-minute Collective Facial opens with a double cleanse and analysis, moves through toning, exfoliation, a mask and massage, and closes with serum, moisturizer, eye serum, a lip hydrator and SPF. Extractions are included. Every service runs under an hour, and clients can pair treatments with products for a home routine. Men receive the same consultation and skin analysis as other clients. The studio describes itself as an alternative to medspas, with no robes or silent spaces required.

Membership sits at the center of the pricing. At $99 a month, which may vary by location, a member receives one 50-minute custom facial each month, member pricing on other treatments, and 10% off skincare products.
