For length and volume, the salon offers K Tips, which are pre-tipped keratin bond extensions. A full install takes about five hours and includes shampoo, deep conditioning, a trim, layering and styling, and the tips are described as lasting up to six months. Maintenance visits, removal alone, and a combined removal and new install are all listed separately. Tape-in extensions are offered in 40 to 80 tape-in packages, and weave installs include traditional, half, hybrid, closure, frontal and 360 frontal options, with some installs requiring the client to supply the hair.

Wigs are offered in several forms: a basic install for ready-to-wear wigs, a customized install that includes braid-up and bleaching or tweezing of the wig, a U-part custom wig, and a fully custom wig. The custom wig requires a prior consultation and takes about three days to make, and the client supplies the bundles and closure or frontal. Wig maintenance and closure replacement are also available.

For natural and relaxed hair, the salon lists several silk press options, a Wednesday silk press special with extra charges for thick or long hair, relaxer touch-ups for new growth, and virgin relaxers. Natural styles include flexi rod and wet-set styling, roller sets and curly cuts, which are done on dry hair that has been washed with no product. Men's braid designs and back-to-school styles for children ages 5 to 14 are also offered, the latter only during August.

Booking requires a $25 deposit sent through Zelle, which is non-refundable. Appointments booked without that deposit are canceled, and bookings made on a holiday carry a $50 holiday fee. Children and other guests may enter the salon only when they are receiving a service. Payment is accepted by Zelle or cash.
