The menu centers on braids, extensions and wigs. Braiding covers wig braids, crochet braids, knotless braids, Fulani braids, faux locs and boho braids, with boho braids priced from $300 to $380 by size. Extension work includes traditional weave sew-ins, lace closure and lace frontal installations, tape-in and microlink extensions with 300gm hair, and keratin K-TIPS extensions. Wig services include customization for new wigs, a revamp for used wigs, lace touch-ups, 360 lace installs and up-do styling. Wig measurement is booked as a 15-minute appointment.

Consultations are available by direct message or phone, and some services need one before booking. Bridal consultations run about 20 minutes to talk through the desired look; clients are asked to bring wigs or bundles and any accessories. Hair coloring also begins with a consultation. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Clients can park in the driveway at the salon or in the driveway of the two-story building to the right, but the salon takes no responsibility for vehicles there on Thursdays, when street sweeping happens.

Education is part of the business. Wig styling is taught in person for $299 and on Zoom for $150, a live in-person class of about five hours is $299, and a business and mindset mentorship course is $599. The online shop sells wigs, HD lace units and hair bundles, and offers color-matching consultations based on a photo of the client. Orders are processed in two to four business days and shipped through USPS. Returns are not offered; unused hair may be exchanged within three business days of receipt, case by case, and custom coloring orders are final sale.
