Frenkel PMU House started in 2018 as a solo permanent makeup practice run by founder Nadya Frenkel. A second artist joined in 2021, when the studio moved into a dedicated multi-room space, and the team has since grown to a group of certified artists. The studio relocated to its current suite on Highland Falls Drive in 2026.

About

Every visit starts with a conversation about the client's features, skin, lifestyle, any existing pigment and the definition they want. The brow design is mapped by hand with pencil and checked digitally for symmetry, and the client approves it before any pigment is placed. Recommendations are based on how the work will look once fully healed rather than on the fresh result. A complimentary consultation is offered with no obligation to book, and a video call option is also available.

Most sessions take two to three hours from consultation through design, numbing, the procedure and aftercare. A topical numbing agent is applied before and during treatment, and a health history and contraindication review is completed before every appointment. Clients may bring one guest into the treatment room.

The studio does not offer traditional microblading. Brows are done with a permanent makeup machine in nano hair strokes, powder, or a combination of the two. Nano brows use machine strokes that mimic natural hair, while powder brows give a softer, powdered finish. Combo brows pair hair strokes at the front with powder fill through the body.

Beyond brows, the studio offers lip blush, dark lip neutralization for uneven or dark lip pigmentation, and lash enhancement and permanent eyeliner. Dark lip neutralization is done over several sessions before a lip color is added. Lash enhancement places pigment between the lashes for a fuller look without a visible liner line.

The studio also provides temporary treatments: a brow lamination that includes shaping and tinting, and a lash lift with tinting. Both fade away gradually over a period of several weeks. Clients can book either service on its own or pair the two together.

The studio states it has served more than 1,000 clients, is insured and is a Texas-licensed studio. It describes itself as rated 5.0 on Google with more than 180 reviews, and as five stars across its services. The gallery shows brow and lip results, with eyeliner and lash examples available on request.

Brow technique is chosen by weighing the desired result against what the client's skin can support after healing, and every design is approved before work begins.
