Lash work ranges from classic sets to mega-volume styles, and each set is customized to the client's natural features. Pricing varies by artist experience and service level; a classic 60-minute refill, for example, is $75 with the Master Artist and $85 with the Lead Artist. Refills are welcome for extensions applied elsewhere, but a first visit for a set applied by another artist or salon must be booked as a 90-minute refill with a $30 foreign refill fee. A refill is only counted as one when at least half of the extensions remain; otherwise it is charged as a full set.

Permanent makeup covers ombre brows, hairstroke brows, fusion brows, brow corrections, lip blushing and dark lip neutralization. A non-refundable $100 deposit secures these services, split between the first session and the required touch-up. Touch-ups are timed to a window: 6 to 10 weeks for eyebrows, 8 to 12 weeks for lip blushing and 12 to 16 weeks for dark lip neutralization. Later appointments are priced separately as maintenance. Brow corrections require existing permanent makeup to be reviewed and approved by the artist before booking. A model program offers reduced pricing in exchange for consent to photos and video used for the studio's portfolio and promotion; these spots are limited and need artist approval from submitted photos.

Nail services focus on Russian e-file manicures, structured builder and hard gel, and gel polish finishes. Every nail service includes detailed dry cuticle work and precise shaping. Clients arriving with another salon's product select the matching foreign product removal when booking. Hours are Tuesday 10:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposits and incur a $40 fee.

The studio's approach is technical and precise, with each lash set and permanent makeup plan customized to the client and an emphasis on balance.
