The salon says it aims to offer quality services and products at fair, transparent prices, and that it does not follow unrealistic beauty standards. Product lines are chosen for quality and for organic, responsibly sourced ingredients. The salon states it strives to offer vegan and gluten-free options, that its products are eco-friendly with a focus on less waste and lower VOC emissions, and that it sells only cruelty-free brands.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10AM to 4PM. Sunday, Monday and evening appointments are by appointment only. A complimentary consultation can be used to get an exact price before a service begins. Tips are appreciated but not required. Clients may ask for a silent appointment or accommodations such as ADA seating or a private appointment when booking or with scheduling staff. Children under 10 must be left at home for appointments longer than an hour.

Booking is handled through Vagaro. First-time clients pay a 50% deposit to schedule, and deposits are subtracted from the final bill. Formal styles carry a $25 deposit and wedding styles a $50 deposit. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and reservations are sent a confirmation 72 hours ahead. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period may be rescheduled, and repeated late arrivals or cancellations lead to a required 50% deposit for future bookings.
