About
Nadya Frenkel founded Frenkel PMU House and works as its lead artist. She began practicing permanent makeup in 2018 and is a certified PMU specialist. She grew her solo practice into the multi-room Leander studio, which now has a team of certified artists.
She is a licensed cosmetologist in the State of Texas and has advanced international training in brows, lips and eyeliner, including study abroad in 2019 under recognized permanent makeup masters. She specializes in nano brows, powder brows and lip blush.
