Manicures and pedicures come in three levels. The Classic manicure covers nail shaping, cuticle detailing, an all-natural body butter in a scent of your choice, polish and a hydrating cuticle treatment. The Signature adds an all-natural sugar scrub and a hand and lower-arm massage, and the Deluxe adds a hand mask, a hot towel wrap and a longer massage. Pedicures follow the same pattern, starting with a foot soak, nail shaping, cuticle detailing, heel buffing and a moisturizing cream mousse, with a foot and leg massage and a foot mask added at the higher levels. Any manicure or pedicure can be upgraded to gel lacquer, which the company says lasts about two weeks.

Cleanliness is a central part of the visit. Each salon station has clean-air ventilation, and the company publishes articles on air quality, sterilization and its decision not to use jetted tubs. Stainless-steel tools are scrubbed, soaked in medical-grade disinfectant as state rules require, then autoclaved.
