New guests usually begin with the New Client Package, a 90-minute visit for $130 that includes a haircut with shampoo and blowout, a color consultation, a product introduction with a styling tutorial, and a patch and strand test. Color consultations are required for new guests. Free 10-minute consultations are also offered for haircut plans, where you bring photos, and for sensory accommodations. Haircuts are booked separately from the haircut consultation.

Clients can request sensory accommodations during their appointment, such as limited touch, no head massage, temperature sensitivity, and limits on noise or fragrance.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations cannot be accepted by text or direct message. The fee can be applied as a deposit toward a rescheduled visit when circumstances warrant it. Chronic tardiness and cancellations may lead to a block on online booking.
