Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 to $50, which is applied toward the service. Hair should arrive fully detangled, brushed out, and free of braid or twist build-up; if detangling is needed on arrival, an additional $40 charge applies. Services are for clients aged 18 and older. Before services begin there is a waiting area with seats near every hallway.

The salon also sells hair care products online, including a leave-in conditioner and detangler spray, a bonnet, an edge control described as flake and build-up free, and seamless clip-in extensions in kinky straight and body wave, 135 grams each, starting at $135.00.
