The stylists focus on hair cutting and hair coloring. Services fall into three groups: hair, color and texture enhancers, and head spa. Color work ranges from gloss and toner through highlights, balayage, ombre and full color, and a Japanese relaxer is also available. Permanent color and hair extensions are priced after a consultation.

Head spa treatments take place in a private sanctuary. Treatments use aromatherapy, calming sounds, warm water and scalp massage, and a blow dry can be added to any option.

The salon describes itself as a place focused on both good hair and good people, and says it aims to meet or beat what clients expect. It became a Certified Green Circle Salon in 2025 and says it recovers up to 95% of beauty waste, including hair clippings, foils, excess color, aerosol cans and color tubes. Gift certificates can be bought online for use with a chosen stylist.

Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro, or by calling or emailing the salon. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the reserved appointment and deposits are not refunded, while no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to a cancellation fee. Parking is available at the Garage-40 Cordell-St. Elmo Garage next door at 4935 St. Elmo Avenue.
