The owners are Eyal and Massimo, and the salon states that its staff have more than 30 years of combined experience in beauty services and that stylists take regular hair training.

Color is one of the main draws. Balayage, highlights, root color, gloss and toner, and color correction are all offered, and blonde clients with existing color can add toning and lowlights. Extensions form the other major service. Tape-in extensions are placed close to the scalp and can be reused when maintained well. Links extensions are attached strand by strand. Natural resin extensions are offered, though the stylist decides whether that method suits a client's hair type, lifestyle and goals. Micro-link I-tip extensions are applied without heat or glue, stay in place for up to four months, and use silicone beads for thin or fine hair. Both synthetic and human hair extensions are offered, and the salon describes its extensions as human hair. A free consultation is available for micro-link I-tip extensions.

Keratin treatments include the Sleek Extreme formula, which the salon says re-textures hair without breaking the disulfide bonds and uses a non-toxic formula. The salon says the treatment is not a relaxer and that results last about three to four months with proper home care. Clients are asked to wait at least two days before coloring after a keratin treatment and until after the first wash before swimming. The salon recommends its Nano-Complex Shampoo for keeping results.

Bridal services include bridal hair, bridal make-up, and bridal party hair and make-up, with bridal hair and make-up listed at $150 and bridal party hair and make-up listed at $85. A bridal consultation and a hair and make-up trial are required before the wedding day. Event styling, formal hair design and updos are also available for other occasions. The spa menu covers facials, hair removal, make-up services, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. The salon is open Monday through Saturday with later hours on Wednesday and Thursday, and it is closed on Sundays. Free garage parking is offered.

Services are customized to each client's style, hair goals and lifestyle, with personalized consultations before services and a consultation before major color changes, extensions and corrective work.
