Prices for haircuts start at $55 for women and $40 for men, and vary with the stylist's expertise. Extensions always begin with a consultation, where pricing is given, and balayage and full blonde bleach are also quoted after a consultation. Single process root color starts at $80, with toner possibly extra.

The salon is open Monday from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays. Two parking garages are nearby, one on Del Ray Avenue and one on Cordell Avenue at St. Elmo. Payment is accepted by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, cash, and personal check, and an ATM is inside. All sales of salon products are final.
