Booking is recommended, though walk-ins are welcome when a stylist has an opening. Appointments can be made online, by calling, texting, emailing, or in person.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Garage parking sits directly below the building on Moorland Road, with the first hour validated. Public parking is across the building on Old Georgetown Road after 11 AM, street meters are nearby, and the Bethesda Metro station is a short walk down the street. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and cash are accepted, with a 2.7% processing fee on credit card payments. Tips can be left in cash or added to the card at checkout.
