The menu is organized into hair, color, braids, extensions, treatments, updos and add-ons. Hair services include haircuts, clipper cuts with blended fades and sharp lines, blow dries, silk presses and a specialty blow dry with a hard set. Color runs from partial highlights and babylights to balayage, base retouches, glosses and double process color. Extension services cover tape-in, sew-in, beaded row, Microlink, micro K-tip and half wig methods, along with removal and maintenance. A free 15-minute consultation is offered for anyone who wants to talk through options first.

Changes to a booking, whether a cancellation or a reschedule, need to be made at least 48 hours ahead. A client who doesn't show up is charged the full price of the service. Arriving 15 minutes or more after the appointment time may mean the visit is rescheduled, or it may be recorded as a late cancellation. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked to pay in advance for later visits. Booking fees cannot be refunded. One appointment can be moved, with 24 to 48 hours' notice, and the booking fee transfers to the new date. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment.

Extension hair is purchased through the salon. Payment in full is required before an order is submitted, and once submitted, an order cannot be changed or cancelled. Hair that has been opened, handled, or removed from its packaging is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Manufacturing defects must be raised within three business days of the hair arriving, and before it is installed. Exchanges and partial refunds are handled according to the manufacturer's policy.
