Lash services run from classic and hybrid to volume and mega volume styles, offered as refills or full sets. Refills in the higher styles require that about half of the existing lashes are still on. A full application can take up to an hour and a half, with about an hour more common, and a touch-up takes about 45 minutes. The business recommends a touch-up every two to three weeks, since a full set is usually needed when touch-ups are delayed too long.

Clients are advised not to rub their eyes, to brush lashes and extensions with an eyelash brush to prevent clumping, and to avoid waterproof mascara in favor of an oil-free remover. Extensions are described as lasting from four weeks to 100 days before falling off. The salon describes its extensions as the most natural, long lasting eyelash extensions to have.

Brow services include eyebrows and brow tinting, a semi-permanent color for brow hair that aims to enhance fill, shape and overall appearance. Microneedling is offered in packages of one, three or six sessions and can be used on the face, neck, decollete, arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back.
