Soulfull Lashes & Brows began in 2016 in a college dorm room and has since grown into a home-based studio in Downtown Houston. Services are by appointment only, with free parking available. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, anime and Kim K lash sets, along with lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, brow tinting and mapped brow waxing. Lip services include lip blushing, lip neutralizing for dark or cool-toned lips, and needleless lip filler applied with a hyaluron pen. Permanent makeup covers ombré powder brows, combo brows and touch-ups, which are assessed at the 8-week visit included in the service price.

Booking requires a deposit that is applied toward the total cost. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to get the deposit back, and no-shows forfeit it. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup on the treatment area. A 48-hour guarantee offers a free redo if the client gets in touch within 48 hours of the appointment ending. Completed services are not refunded in money.

The salon also runs Soulfull Studio Academy, which teaches lash and permanent makeup training. Options include a 3-day advanced lash course, a 2-day in-person PMU certification in ombré powder brows or lip blushing, and a combined PMU and lash program over 5 days. Training payments are non-refundable, and cancellations within 14 days of a course forfeit the full payment. Cancellations more than 14 days out may be rescheduled once.

Each service is tailored to the client, with mapping and a consultation before treatment and personal follow-up after the appointment.
