Each style has a full set and 2 or 3 week fills. Fills of up to 14 days are booked as 2 week fills, and fills of up to 21 days as 3 week fills; a 2 week fill booked past 14 days is changed to a 3 week fill. A 1 week fill add-on is also offered, with a 2 week fill as the fallback if the window is passed.

Lash removal is available for clients who want their extensions taken off, and a makeup and buildup cleanse can be added when lashes need extra cleansing because of heavy makeup or uncleaned lashes.

Ombré powder brows are a semi-permanent makeup procedure done as a two-step process. A touch-up is booked at the first visit and done 4 to 8 weeks later, and it applies only to clients whose initial session was done by this business and falls within that window, not more than 3.5 months after. The business does not perform touch-ups on work done by other artists. Clients who had brows done elsewhere must book a consultation first and send photos of their brows without makeup in natural light; that first visit is treated as a coverup or correction. Annual refreshes are offered for existing permanent makeup clients, with a separate option that includes color correction and requires a photo before booking. Lash color choices must be confirmed before booking, and deposits are non-refundable.
