The studio opened in April 2024 in Suite 130 of the Reed + Willow building in Weldon Spring. It is run as a partnership between Amber O'Rando and Jordyn Schlesinger, who aim to turn each client's vision into a finished result.

Visits are by appointment. The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 1 to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Missed appointments and cancellations made within 48 hours carry a 50 percent fee. Changes can be made by contacting the salon or through the manage appointment feature before the deadline.

Several services start with a consultation. Extension work requires an extension consultation first, and color correction and initial vivid or fantasy color both need a booked consultation before goals, timing and pricing are discussed. A consultation requires a deposit toward a future appointment, paid after each consultation. New clients are asked for deposits on custom blonding, global blonding, extension row move-ups, keratin smoothing, color correction, initial vivid color and de-matting. Global blonding is designed to be rebooked every 4 to 6 weeks to keep it up.

Blonding is a central part of the menu. Micro blonding sessions cover face frames or up to 10 foils, custom blonding suits a first blonde with dimension, custom partial blonding maintains a blonde that is already in place, and global blonding gives a solid blonde with no dimension at the root. The studio's portfolio shows custom blonding sessions and custom colored 18 and 22 inch extensions.
