The salon was set up to give independent professionals a calmer and safer working environment than the traditional salon culture many of them had known. The salon describes its offering as luxury color, extensions, head spa and bridal beauty.

Each stylist runs their own schedule, pricing and booking page. Clients book directly with the professional who will do their service through that professional's booking link, which is handled through Square. Prices differ by professional and service, and the final color price is set once a color plan has been mapped out and agreed on, based on hair density and length. A gloss or toner and a blow-dry are often included with color services, depending on the stylist. Extension consultations are free and run about 30 minutes.

The salon offers several service groups. Hair color ranges from root melts and gray blending to balayage, lived-in color, blonding, dimensional brunette, corrective color, vivid color and all-over shades, with prices starting at $65. Extensions start at $250 and cover installation, blending, maintenance visits and extension coloring. The head spa menu runs from a 30-minute treatment to a 90-minute one, and head spa appointments can be booked with the salon's in-house head spa team. Bridal beauty includes hair styling with updos, half-up styles and soft waves, makeup from soft and natural to classic, lash application and flower girl hair, plus an optional bridal trial that is ideally booked one to two months before the wedding. Wedding party hair and makeup are also available.

Bridal bookings are best made roughly a year in advance. A signed bridal agreement holds the date, and the balance is due seven days before the wedding. The individual professional, not the salon, handles bridal contracts and payments. On-location appointments require at least five services. Travel is charged at a $50 minimum per stylist, which covers up to 20 miles each way from the salon; each additional mile costs $0.20. The salon frequently works with The Factory on Cherry, a renovated older clothing factory on West Cherry Street in Troy, Missouri.

The salon space includes a styling floor, a color bar, a head spa and backwash area, a makeup studio, a retail wall, a waiting area and a coffee bar.
