Services span hair, skin and beauty under one roof. Hair work includes hand-painted balayage, color and highlights, blowouts, Brazilian Blowout keratin treatments, men's cuts, and tape-in and fusion extensions. Skin work includes facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and Venus-based skin tightening and body contouring. Laser hair reduction, electrolysis, brow and lash services, and permanent makeup round out the menu. Complimentary consultations are offered for many treatments, including laser hair reduction, electrolysis, permanent makeup, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, hair extensions and makeup, and for clients who are unsure which service they need.

The atmosphere is neutral and relaxed with a vintage theme, and the salon describes it as caring. Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by text. Prices are starting prices, and eyelash extension pricing depends on the artist's experience. Long hair can add time and fees for some services, so the salon asks clients to call or text for pricing. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged half the scheduled service, and arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. Deposits of 50% are required for hair, skin or body services booked longer than two hours.

Stylists and estheticians are state licensed and hold additional certifications in their fields, and the salon offers continuing education options to staff. The salon says its goal is to help clients feel good inside and out through affordable, kind service.
