Hair is the core of the business, with extensions, wigs and dimensional color as the main specialties. The Calÿsto Blonding full-foil technique blends color from root to ends, and the salon also offers partial and accent highlights, root retouching and color correction. Color correction starts with a custom plan, and a consultation is required before booking.

Extension work begins with a consultation to choose a method, match color and map out the plan. Methods include concealed bead wefts, keratin bonds, toppers and hair integration. Install pricing depends on the length chosen and is reviewed at the consultation, and a move-up returns extensions to their original placement without adding new hair. Wig services cover lace cuts, custom coloring, styling and weekly upkeep.

Skin services are led by licensed esthetician Erin Connell and include customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED light therapy and high frequency, along with lash lifts and tints and brow lamination and tinting. Facial, bikini, Brazilian and body waxing are also offered. Spa clients can submit an interest form, and the esthetician reaches out within 48 hours.

During appointments, clients can enjoy drinks and snacks, use a lap desk, connect to WiFi and listen to Apple Music. Reschedules need at least 48 hours notice by phone, and multiple rescheduled appointments may require a deposit. The salon does not offer refunds; clients with concerns about their hair are asked to call so the team can make things right.
