Brow services start with shaping, done with waxing, threading or tweezing, which also tidies the skin around and between the brows. HD Brows darken and define the natural brow for a fuller look, and the tint can last up to two weeks depending on aftercare and skin type. Ombre' Brow is a gradient made with small pin-point dots, recommended for oily skin and sparse brow hair, and it lasts one to three years. Krissy is multi-certified in 3D brow embroidery.

Eyelash extensions come in three styles. The Volume Lite places two to five extensions per natural lash and suits semi-full to full lashes. The Volume uses six to twelve per lash and suits sparse, semi-full or full lashes. A Spike-ee Joint is a spiky, wispy set using a texturizing technique for a strip-lash look, with six to twelve per lash, recommended for semi-full or full lashes. All three are refilled every two weeks. A standard fill needs about half the existing extensions still in place, and an extended fill needs slightly less than half. Lashes applied elsewhere must be removed before a new full set, and the studio does not do fills over another artist's extensions. Lash repairs must be reported within 24 hours, and a repair courtesy is available three times a year.

Dermaplane Facial removes peach fuzz and outer dead skin cells. It includes cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, steam, a mask chosen for skin type and moisturizing. The Double Whammy is a non-invasive exfoliation that combines dermaplaning and microdermabrasion with no downtime. According to the business, it targets product penetration, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, uneven tone and texture, enlarged pores, blackheads and dull skin. Brazilian wax covers the full bikini region and buttock strip, and underarm waxing is also offered.

Booking takes a non-refundable 50% deposit, which goes toward the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Other payment methods, including Zelle and debit or credit cards, carry a $5 fee. Proper identification is required, and clients must be 18 or older unless a parent or guardian consents. Children and extra guests are not allowed during appointments, and same-day appointments are not offered. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, with the deposit forfeited and the balance charged. Changes must be made up to 12 hours before the appointment, and rescheduling more than twice leads to cancellation without a refund. Services booked before or after normal hours carry a $15 convenience fee, and services booked on days outside normal operation carry a $50 fee. No refunds are given.
