The Chateaux Academy is the training side of the business, with classes in makeup, lash extensions, lash lift and perm, brow tinting and brow lamination, plus microshading and permanent makeup. Options range from single-day and one-on-one sessions to mentorship in beauty and entrepreneurship from $900 for one month. A tattoo apprenticeship leads to a Tennessee tattoo artist license, with license-only, fast-track and full tracks priced at $2,200, $4,250 and $7,000. According to the site, former apprentices have gone on to work as permanent makeup artists at the salon.

Appointments are booked online only, and the salon does not take bookings by direct message. Full payment is due upfront, and financing through Affirm is available for many makeup, brow and new lash services.
