Ariell co-owns Barbies By Arie, where she works as a makeup artist and trainer. Her career began in 2013, freelancing as a makeup artist in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2018 she started running training certification classes for fellow beauty professionals, and in 2020 she opened the salon's full-service location in Bartlett, Tennessee. Her makeup work covers looks suited to nearly any occasion. She teaches private and group courses each month for beginner and advanced students, and she mentors beauty professionals on refining their services, pricing and business setup. She completed Gould's Academy for Esthetics and its Esthetics Educator program, and she is a licensed aesthetics instructor at Gould's Academy in Memphis.
